Court reservations Refund Policy

At Courts & Commons, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be fair while ensuring our team and facility can operate smoothly.

Please review our refund policy below:

Court Reservations

  • More than 24 hours before reservation: 100% refund to original payment method.

  • Less than 24 hours before reservation: 100% C&C credit or gift card. Refunds to the original payment method are not available.

  • Rescheduling: Permitted based on availability. If a reservation is rescheduled within 24 hours of the original time, any subsequent cancelation will be issued as C&C credit (not a refund).

  • No-shows: No refund or credit will be issued for unused reservations that are not canceled in advance.

  • Late arrivals: Reservations end at the scheduled time. Arrival time does not extend the reservation.

C&C Programming

Registration is required for all C&C programming, including complimentary member programs. Reserved spots are held specifically for each participant and may limit availability for others.

  • Paid programs:

    • More than 24 hours before start time: 100% refund

    • Less than 24 hours before start time: 100% C&C credit

  • Free member programs: No cancelation penalty. Members are asked to cancel as early as possible if unable to attend.

  • No-shows: Repeated no-shows or late cancelations may result in limits on advance registration privileges.

Program Changes or Cancellations by C&C

C&C may cancel or modify programs due to low enrollment, staffing, facility needs, or other operational reasons. If C&C cancels a paid program, participants will receive a full refund or C&C credit.

Events Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made within 7 days of your event date result in forfeiture of the deposit and the event cannot be rescheduled.

Rescheduling Policy

You may reschedule your event up to 7 days before the event date and transfer your deposit to a new date. The new date must be scheduled within 2 months of the original event date (rescheduling far into the future is not permitted).

Service Charge

A 20% service charge is automatically applied to parties of 8 or more.

Final Headcount and Payment

Your final headcount is due 10 days prior to the event date.
At that time, you agree to pay for the headcount and package/food minimum confirmed at the 10-day mark, regardless of actual attendance, because staffing and food orders are finalized and we may have declined other bookings.
