Court reservations Refund Policy
At Courts & Commons, we understand that plans can change. We strive to be fair while
ensuring our team and facility can operate smoothly.
Please review our refund policy below:
• Cancellations made **more than 24 hours in advance** of the reserved time will receive a**full refund** to the original form of payment.
• Cancellations made **less than 24 hours in advance** of the reserved time will receive a **50% refund**, issued as a **Courts & Commons gift card** that can be used for future bookings or purchases.

Events Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made within 7 days of your event date result in forfeiture of the deposit and the event cannot be rescheduled.
Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your event up to 7 days before the event date and transfer your deposit to a new date. The new date must be scheduled within 2 months of the original event date (rescheduling far into the future is not permitted).
Service Charge
A 20% service charge is automatically applied to parties of 8 or more.
Final Headcount and Payment
Your final headcount is due 10 days prior to the event date.
At that time, you agree to pay for the headcount and package/food minimum confirmed at the 10-day mark, regardless of actual attendance, because staffing and food orders are finalized and we may have declined other bookings.
